Job summary

Accenture Flex is hiring a Release Train Engineer to drive Agile Release Train events, manage dependencies, and align strategy with execution. You will mentor teams, analyze metrics, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Release Train Engineer or similar SAFe role.
• Strong mastery of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement of Agile Release Train processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate resolution of impediments to maintain steady progress.
• Support the development and alignment of program objectives with organizational goals through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements for the release train.
