Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Release Train Engineer to facilitate Agile Release Train events, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous improvement. You will work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.

The role requires expertise in Agile practices, SAFe, and Azure DevOps, with a shift from 3 PM to 12 AM ET. Accenture provides competitive rewards and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master proficiency in Agile Release Train processes and SAFe methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders, escalate progress impediments, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices and tools.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
