Job summary

Accenture Flex is seeking a Release Train Engineer in the United States to facilitate Agile Release Train events, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across multiple teams. You will partner with Product and Solution Management to align strategy with execution and mentor teams in Agile practices.

Responsibilities include enabling cross-team collaboration, removing impediments, and guiding performance improvements based on metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Release Train Engineer, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile Release Train events and processes including communicating with stakeholders escalating progress impediments managing risk and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product and Solution Management Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Master proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Must be able to work Shift Time 3PM ET to 12AM ET
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master proficiency in Agile Measurement
• Master proficiency in Agile Planning and Scaled Agile Framework SAFe
