Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, coordinates, and delivers training aligned with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and related Agile frameworks.
• Trains teams on Agile methodologies and oversees Agile team development to drive transformations.
• Guides teams through implementation and encourages embrace of Agile methods.
• Communicates complex information clearly and develops instructional materials for Agile teams.
• Operates common network tools relevant to Agile teams.
• Develops curricula suitable for all audiences and training needs.
• Identifies gaps in technical capabilities and Agile maturity to drive process improvements.
