You will coach teams, coordinate delivery priorities, and promote predictable outcomes through effective planning and transparent reporting. The role collaborates with product owners, project managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align requirements, remove impediments, and sustain continuous improvement in a fast-paced government

Qualifications

Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies in federal environments.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and dependencies.
Proven ability to remove impediments and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments affecting performance, coordinating solutions across teams.
Support Agile delivery of technology-focused initiatives in federal environments.
Coordinate priorities and manage cross-team dependencies with product owners and PMs.
Track sprint goals, delivery metrics, risks, blockers, and improvement actions.
Foster transparency, accountability, and collaborative communication across teams.
