The Senior Release Train Engineer will lead the newly forming Agile Release Train, maturing its operating model and enabling predictable PI execution across multiple teams and shared services. You will partner with Product, Architecture, Engineering leadership and Scrum Masters to launch the train, drive continuous improvement, and report into the R&D Director PMO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Agile delivery (RTE/Senior SM/Delivery Lead/Agile Coach).
• Experience managing software solutions and integrated end-to-end systems.
• Proven PI Planning facilitation and multi-team coordination.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• SAFe RTE certification required; Azure DevOps and Monday experience.
• Engineering or related degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
• For Brossard: bilingual English and French.

Job Summary

The Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the chief facilitator for a newly forming Software Agile Release Train (ART). This role is accountable for establishing and maturing the ART operating model, enabling predictable delivery, improving flow, and orchestrating Program Increment (PI) execution across multiple Agile teams and shared services (Architecture, DevOps, Security, QA, Product, etc.). The RTE partners closely with Product Management, System/Solution Architecture, Engineering leadership, and a Scrum Master to launch the train and drive continuous improvement. This role will report into the R&D Director PMO.

• Engineering or similar degree in computer Science or equivalent preferred
