Distech Controls Inc. is hiring a Release Train Engineer to establish and mature the Agile Release Train (ART), enabling predictable delivery and PI execution across multiple teams.
You will partner with Product Management, System/Solution Architecture, Engineering leadership, and a Scrum Master to launch the train and drive continuous improvement. We seek a candidate with 7+ years in Agile delivery and proven PI Planning facilitation; SAFe RTE knowledge is preferred.

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is the chief facilitator for a newly forming Software Agile Release Train (ART). This role is accountable for establishing and maturing the ART operating model, enabling predictable delivery, improving flow, and orchestrating Program Increment (PI) execution across multiple Agile teams and shared services (Architecture, DevOps, Security, QA, Product, etc.). The RTE partners closely with Product Management, System/Solution Architecture, Engineering leadership, and a Scrum Master to launch the train and drive continuous improvement. This role will report into the R&D Director PMO.

The range for this position is $83,000 to $149,000. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location. Acuity offers generous benefits including health care, dental coverage, vision plans, 401K benefits, and commissions/incentive compensation depending on role.
