Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Change, Release, or Environment Management within cloud or hybrid enterprise landscapes.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM frameworks and governance.
• Experience driving automated deployment pipelines and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Release Management Lifecycle for scheduled releases across multi-environment landscapes (Dev, Test, Staging, Prod).
• Lead Release Readiness reviews, Go/No-Go checkpoints, deployment planning, and PIRs.
• Coordinate deployment cutovers and dry runs with engineering, infrastructure, database, and security teams.
• Enforce change governance and ITIL-aligned processes, track metrics, and maintain release documentation.
