Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Change/Release Management Coordinator for a hybrid Dallas, TX contract. You will coordinate complex release activities, govern changes, and ensure adherence to SDLC and compliance playbooks in a large enterprise environment.

The role requires strong Jira/Confluence usage, Microsoft Office skills, and solid Agile experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Release Management and Change Governance in large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes, especially in regulated organizations.
• Proven experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage release activities, including code freezes, change requests, change reviews, approvals, and release scheduling.
• Ensure releases follow established SDLC methodologies and documented playbooks.
• Manage enterprise change events within the ECM platform (The Registry).
• Collect, refine, maintain, and archive governance documentation related to release and change activities.
• Take detailed meeting minutes during governance forums and distribute to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with controls, risk, and compliance teams to support audit and governance requirements.
• Consult on and participate in moderately complex Business Execution initiatives and deliverables.
