Job summary
Tech Mirrors is seeking a Technical Change & Release Manager to lead governance, readiness, and execution of complex software releases across production environments. Onsite in Charlotte, NC, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement AI-assisted release insights, and ensure compliant change processes.
You will partner with engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to minimize risk, enable smooth deployments, and deliver reliable release performance in a regulated enterprise
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Change Management, Release Management, or ITSM.
- Experience managing enterprise release calendars and CAB reviews.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management and approvals.
- Experience coordinating large-scale releases across apps, infra, cloud, and platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, APIs, and observability.
Responsibilities
- Own release governance, calendar management, and deployment windows.
- Ensure change records, validation plans, and backout strategies are complete.
- Lead release readiness reviews and Go/No-Go decisions.
- Coordinate impact analysis across applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Define deployment, rollback, and recovery strategies with engineering teams.
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting for release health and compliance.
- Drive AI-assisted release governance and automation initiatives.
