• Fulfill requests and manage records across different storage and media.
• Greet and assist patients, staff in the HIM area.
• Answer, route, and manage phone calls and voicemails.
• Interact with patients, physicians, insurers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards in handling requests.
• Comply with HIPAA and applicable laws and regulations.
