Job summary

• Analytical, risk and dependency assessment skills.
• Experience in trading technology or regulated financial services environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience producing release docs and executive reporting.
• 5+ years in release/change management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software release lifecycles including planning, scheduling, execution, validation and post-release activities.
• Coordinate change management activities in ITSM platforms, including creation, submission, tracking and approvals.
• Partner with development, infra, production support, information security, and controls to ensure release readiness.
• Produce release documentation, implementation plans, rollback procedures, deployment communications and status reporting.
• Identify and manage release risks, dependencies and operational impacts before implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement of SDLC processes, release controls and deployment governance.
• Develop and maintain release metrics, dashboards and reporting for quality and transparency.
• Support global delivery coordination across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software release lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, execution, validation, and post-release activities.
• Coordinate change management activities in ITSM platforms, including creation, submission, tracking, and approval of change records and documentation.
• Partner with development, infrastructure, production support, information security, and control functions to ensure release readiness.
• Produce release documentation, implementation plans, rollback procedures, deployment communications, and status reporting.
• Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and operational impacts before implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement of SDLC processes, release controls, and deployment governance.
• Develop and maintain release metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve quality and transparency.
• Support global delivery coordination across geographically distributed teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with ITSM and change management platforms such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes, release controls, deployment governance, and production change best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple concurrent releases and priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks, dependencies, and operational impacts.
• Experience in trading technology, capital markets, or regulated financial services environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, automated testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
• Experience producing comprehensive release documentation and executive reporting.
• Experience level e.g., 5+ years in relevant release or change management roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible for deployment automation.
• Experience with Confluence for documentation and governance artifacts.
