Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead, IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading multi-team delivery across product and platform initiatives, dependency and risk management, and data-driven delivery flow.

You will orchestrate complex programs end to end, improve predictability through automation-first practices, and deliver outcomes aligned to business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading multi-team delivery in PM/Delivery roles.
• Experience delivering orchestration across product/platform with risk management.
• Agile and Lean mindset; familiarity with AI-accelerated workflows.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Proficiency with delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools.
• Experience with enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Translate business strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and clear deliverables.
• Orchestrate cross-team execution, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and integration points.
• Promote automation-first delivery to improve flow, reduce manual effort, and increase predictability.
• Provide concise reporting using real-time delivery and operational data to enable decision making.
• Partner with product, engineering, platform, and shared services to deliver program and platform outcomes.
• Manage intake and prioritization to match capacity and maintain sustainable work-in-progress limits.
• Support operational readiness including testing, environments, controls, and support transition.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise change, security, and audit standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, flow diagnostics, and structured feedback loops.

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Lead, IT Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading multi-team delivery across product and platform initiatives, dependency and risk management, and data-driven delivery flow and a proven ability to orchestrate complex programs end to end, improve predictability through automation-first practices, and deliver outcomes aligned to business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Program leadership across product, platform, or enterprise environments.
• Cross-team coordination, dependency and risk management, and RAID rigor.
• Delivery flow management, intake governance, and enforcement of WIP limits.
• Agile and Lean mindset with familiarity in AI-accelerated workflows.
• Proficiency with delivery planning, documentation, and workflow tools.
• Experience with enterprise change, security, and compliance processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, security scanning, and release automation concepts.
• Experience with delivery metrics and value stream or flow-oriented practices.
• Familiarity with operational readiness, SLOs, and support models.
• Financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
• 7+ years leading multi-team delivery in relevant roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with platform rollouts, modernization, or technical migrations.
• Experience using AI tools for story refinement, documentation, or delivery automation.
