Qualifications

10+ years in Release Management with 3+ years leading teams.
Experience across cloud, mobile, embedded, firmware release domains.
Proven ability to lead a team of 5-10 Release Managers.
Strong governance, readiness frameworks, and risk management.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Release Management function across multiple engineering groups.
Establish release governance, standards, and approval workflows.
Oversee calendars, dependencies, and integrated schedules across cloud, mobile, embedded, and firmware streams.
Define release health metrics and dashboards to inform leadership.
Drive CI/CD maturity and automate release workflows across domains.
