Strive Solutions in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Design Release Engineer to drive end-to-end release of automotive components within Engineering & Design. You will own design release documentation, manage BOM updates in PLM/CAD tools, and lead change management to ensure traceability across systems.

Design Release Engineer

responsible for end-to-end delivery of automotive components within the Engineering & Design organization.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop and release robust component designs, requirements, and engineering drawings.
• Own design release documentation and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) updates in PLM/CAD tools.
• Drive and control engineering changes, ensuring accuracy and traceability across systems.
• Coordinate validation activities and support launch readiness with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality to meet performance, cost, timing, and sustainability targets.
