Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract QA/Testing Lead in Charlotte, NC to coordinate release activities across ERP systems and ensure quality governance. You will align business, testing, and development teams, run daily status calls, and manage risk-based testing initiatives for multi-year roadmap milestones.

Responsibilities include leading Dress Rehearsals, Cutover releases, and handoffs across onshore/offshore teams, while mentoring junior staff and upholding strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating release activities across teams and environments.
• Strong familiarity with Jira and release planning processes.
• Ability to mentor junior testers and coordinate risk-based testing.
• Proven track record in coordinating onshore/offshore delivery efforts.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality standards in QA/releases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data flow between ERP and related systems within Roadmap.
• Lead release management activities including Dress Rehearsals and Cutover.
• Run status calls, track risk, and communicate testing conditions.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate cross-team efforts.
