Job summary

HRize LLC is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Deployment and Development teams in Denver. The role focuses on developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of high‑quality software applications.

The candidate will lead onshore and offshore testers, supervise test activities, and act as a subject matter expert for a key program. You will collaborate with external teams, manage timelines, ensure proper ticketing and test suite adoption, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software testing, focused on automation.
• Experience as test lead or SME with leadership responsibilities.
• Understanding of test release management processes.
• Strong planning, execution, and test delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal test plans for high‑complexity projects.
• Write test cases/scripts and lead test case automation and execution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore testing teams and external stakeholders.
• Track multiple test efforts and synthesize results in fast-paced environments.
