Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, testing & repairing protective relays in transmission, generation or distribution substations.
• Ability to read one-line/three-line diagrams and protection logic.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime in safety-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and participate in job briefings and hazard mitigation.
• Perform relay testing with guidance from seniors and engineers.
• Execute element, logic, and basic functional tests of protection relays and control systems.
• Analyze relay operations, event records, and system performance data for troubleshooting.
• Create detailed reports including test results and commissioning records.
• Coordinate work activities with engineers, project teams, and other technicians.
