Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in electric utility industry.
• 5-10 years' experience in electrical substation maintenance or construction.
• Must be available for 24-hour callouts and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform all aspects of installation and maintenance of substation protective systems.
• Supervise and perform all aspects of installation and maintenance of substation SCADA systems.
• Supervise and organize emergency activities associated with the restoration of relay and/or substation equipment.
• Provide field training to relay crews on protective devices, schemes and philosophies.
• Assist crews in performing relay and SCADA testing and commissioning.
• Provide a professional point of contact for contractors and internal/external customers.
