Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Systems Manager to join our Washington, DC team. The role focuses on leading and supporting RelativityOne environments for high-volume eDiscovery, ensuring stability, security, and compliance.

You will guide workspace configurations, access control, and production support while training both remote and in-office litigation teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale eDiscovery projects, strong Relativity/RelativityOne expertise, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting large-scale eDiscovery and litigation projects.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports RelativityOne environments for large-scale eDiscovery operations.
• Ensures platform compliance, stability, and security to meet legal and organizational standards.
• Provides technical leadership in workspace configuration, access management, and troubleshooting.
• Supports production workflows and search strategies; implements improvements to the eDiscovery system.
• Trains litigation teams and provides technical guidance.
