Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Relativity SME in Chicago to join an experienced team. You will work with Relativity staff to resolve software issues, provide advanced support to attorneys and investigators, and help deploy templates, views, and workflows across divisions.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, RCA certification, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. A hybrid setup is offered with remote work options across the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in litigation support with four years of Relativity experience.
• Master’s degree or J.D., or bachelor’s plus three years experience substituted for Master’s.
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Citizen of the U.S. and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys, investigators, and Litigation Support Specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and searches in Relativity for complex matters.
• Collaborate with CFTC’s technical support to resolve access, slowness, and viewer issues.
• Lead Relativity demos, training, and create user documentation for workflows.
• Test Relativity releases and develop templates, views, scripts, or workflows across workspaces.
