Job summary

CGS seeks a Relativity Subject Matter Expert to join its eDiscovery team. You will resolve software issues, test releases, and configure templates, views, scripts, and workflows used across multiple workspaces.

Key duties include providing advanced support to attorneys, performing data culling in Relativity, and collaborating with the CFTC’s tech group. RCA certification and a Public Trust clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in litigation support with 4+ years in Relativity.
• Relativity RCA certification required; more Relativity certs preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Relativity support to attorneys and investigators.
• Conduct complex searches, privilege screens, and data prioritization for holds.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve user access, slowness, or install issues.
• Lead testing of Relativity releases and set up templates, views, scripts, workflows.
• Stay current with Relativity analytics tools, integrations, and plugins.
• Submit feature ideas via Relativity User Portal and promote them internally.
• Prepare and deliver Relativity demos and trainings; create user docs.
