Job summary

Stinson Leonard Street LLP in Washington, DC is seeking an eDiscovery & Practice Support Analyst (WDC) to provide technical support for data requests, including database creation, imports/exports, image management, and QA on finalized productions. The role also handles archiving Relativity databases and ensures organized data and records.

The position requires an Associate degree (tech or legal focus), 4 years of law firm or vendor experience, proficiency with Windows 10 & MS Office, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, preferably in technology and/or legal studies (paralegal or litigation support certification).
• Minimum of 4 years legal experience with a law firm or litigation support experience with a vendor.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 & Microsoft Office.
• Experience processing data with knowledge of Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Archiving (85%): Manage litigation databases and network drives, including creation, updating, and tracking; Import/Export data; Troubleshoot load files; Utilize Relativity admin tools; Archiving Relativity databases.
• Quality Assurance (5%): Assist with quality control checks for finalized productions; Perform QA analysis on new databases.
• General and Administrative (10%): Analyze and test new/updated eDiscovery software; Ensure data/records are organized; Diary and report client time; Backup the eDiscovery & Practice Support Specialist; Perform other duties as assigned.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Support team education and collaboration as needed.
