Job summary

Stinson Leonard Street LLP in Irvine, CA seeks an eDiscovery & Practice Support Analyst (IRV) to provide technical support for processing data requests, including database creation, imports/exports, and Relativity workflow management. The role also performs QA on productions and archives Relativity databases.

The position requires an Associate degree and at least 4 years of legal experience with a law firm or litigation support vendor, plus proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, preferably in technology and/or legal studies (such as paralegal or litigation support certification).
• Minimum of 4 years legal experience with a law firm or litigation support experience with a vendor.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 & Microsoft Office.
• Experience processing data with knowledge of Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Archiving (85%): Manage litigation databases and network drives, including creation, updating, and tracking. Import/Export data. Troubleshoot load files. Utilize Relativity tools to monitor hosting storage and manage workspaces. Archive Relativity databases.
• Quality Assurance (5%): Assist with quality control checks for finalized productions and QA analysis on new databases.
• General and Administrative (10%): Analyze and test new/updated eDiscovery software, ensure data and records are organized and accessible, diary and report client time, back up colleagues, and perform other duties.
