Job summary

Builtwell Bank in Cookeville, TN is seeking a CSR who will be the first face for customers entering our Financial Centers, warmly welcoming them while handling their transaction needs and engaging in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities to fulfill their full financial needs.

You will perform teller duties, share knowledge of bank products, balance cash items, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with teammates to achieve branch goals and uphold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle money transactions with accuracy.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Follow financial center operation and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Represent Builtwell Bank with integrity inside the branch and in the community.
• Run teller window and provide paying and receiving transaction services accurately.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to answer customer inquiries.
• Balance cash items, handle over/short, and follow cash control policies.
• Answer telephone professionally and assist customers.
• Work as part of a team to exceed branch goals.
