Job summary

Landus in Iowa is seeking a Relationship Specialist to provide outstanding customer service to our farmer owners and support a collaborative team. You will handle sales related tasks, invoicing, and CRM documentation while maintaining inventory and contracts in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

The role emphasizes timely customer assistance, coordination with multiple departments, and adherence to Landus credit and inventory policies, with potential involvement in grain and agronomy

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; or 2–5 years related experience.
• One year of related experience.
• Understand seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and in-season time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by prompt attention directing customers to the appropriate areas to meet their needs.
• Maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and grow business with new customers.
• Ability to complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable.
• Act as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area, invoicing, and grain contracts.
• Document and submit sales call information in CRM. Assist with inventory control of products offered at the location.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Prepare accurate invoices; assure equitable calculation of products/services provided.
• Working knowledge of Landus credit, sales, and inventory policies
• Daily verification of sales invoices for accuracy
• Monitor agronomy sales contracts/prepay for accuracy

What will you do?
