Job summary

Residents Medical is seeking a Relationship Sales professional in Los Angeles to lead a full pipeline of candidate leads from first contact to enrollment.

You will conduct consultative conversations, assess each candidate’s USMLE/COMLEX status and visa needs, and clearly present services and terms to drive enrollment and revenue growth. Collaboration with our placement and academic teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in counseling, admissions, advising, or consultative sales.
• Healthcare or education background a strong plus.
• Close with high-trust, target-driven approach and commission mindset.
• Organized, CRM-fluent, and relentless about follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a full pipeline of inbound and assigned candidate leads.
• Run consultative, high-trust conversations to uncover background, visa status, and goals.
• Present services, fee structures, and terms with clarity and confidence.
• Crush monthly enrollment and revenue targets while building trust.
• Keep CRM pipeline airtight and hand off enrolled clients to placement/academic teams.
• Be the expert on Match, ACGME pathways, and IMG immigration essentials.
