Dow Credit Union in Midland, MI is seeking a part-time Relationship Representative (Teller) to greet members, handle transactions, and help identify solutions that support their financial goals. Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional service? Dow Credit Union is seeking a part time Relationship Representative (Teller) to join our branch team. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of the credit union, assisting members with transactions, answering questions, and helping them identify solutions that support their financial goals.

This position earns a competitive minimum starting hourly pay of $15.50. We provide terrific benefits, including quarterly and annual incentives, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Relationship Representative (Teller)

• Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude and deliver exceptional service during every interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and other financial transactions.
• Assist members with basic account questions and service requests.
• Identify member needs and recommend products and services that can help achieve their financial goals.
• Protect member information and assets by following established security procedures and identity verification practices.
• Balance daily transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Perform account maintenance and support activities, including updating member information and opening additional account types.
• Build positive relationships that create a personalized and welcoming member experience.
• Meet or exceed service, production, and sales goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Support branch operations and assist with additional responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide professional, courteous service in a variety of situations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including Saturdays, and travel between branch locations as needed.
