As the dedicated point of contact to our Wealth Management clients who hold between $5-25M in Vanguard assets, you will directly influence the client experience by delivering the Wealth Management mission to: Be a trusted partner to our ultra-clients and their families, giving them the best long-term outcomes, so they can leave a legacy that fulfills their purpose in the world.
As a trusted partner, you will be expected to deliver a reliable experience by taking ownership and delivering consistently with excellence, build credibility by anticipating needs and demonstrating your expertise to align solutions, connect with your clients by demonstrating empathy and deeply understanding their needs, while having a client-first orientation to work in the long-term best interest of our current and future clients.
Within Wealth Management, we are focused on serving clients with excellence and expanding client relationships with Vanguard through sales to ensure we are providing all that Vanguard has to offer to give them the best chance for investment success. Through this role, you will join a team focused on delivering Vanguard’s mission to give clients the best chance for investment success through a differentiated client-centric offer, a delightful omni-channel client experience, and a focused, digitally enabled service model.
