Newport, an Ascensus company, seeks a seasoned trust and fiduciary services professional to serve high-profile institutional accounts. You will onboard new clients, coordinate account openings, and guide trust administrators through trading, wires, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include reviewing agreements, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely client deliverables while maintaining audit readiness and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Responsabilités

• Provides specialized trust and fiduciary services to high-profile institutional accounts
• Onboards new accounts and coordinates account opening processes
• Directs trust administrators in stock/mutual fund trades, wires and reconciliations
• Reviews agreements and prepares internal documentation for proper administration
• Assists with client communications and annual account reviews at committees
