Relationship Manager II - Business Banking

Position Overview

As a Relationship Manager II - Business Banking within PNC's Business Banking organization, based in Austin, you will manage client relationships, grow sales, and ensure risk mitigation.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate relationship management activities to grow sales, revenue, and market share, working with clients with moderate risk and needs complexity.
  2. Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships, handle credit and non-credit product origination, analysis, negotiation, and documentation.
  3. Manage risk and drive quality for clients, actively identifying and mitigating various risks.
  4. Identify client opportunities, provide insights, and increase engagement and loyalty.
  5. Develop internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients, presenting the full range of PNC's products and services.
  6. Analyze and evaluate credit risk for complex requests using advanced credit fundamentals and policies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with a university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business banking, credit products, financial analysis, client relationship management, and sales opportunities.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and tech-savviness skills.
Preferred Skills
