Responsibilities
  1. Utilize relationship management skills to service and expand current business relationships through proactive contact, assessing financial needs, and offering a broad spectrum of financial products and services to enhance relationships and contribute to the bank's profit and growth.
  2. Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring they meet credit quality and profitability standards through sound analysis, structuring, and annual reviews, while maintaining excellent customer service.
  3. Identify and contact potential new customers to determine their needs and provide solutions, maintaining a proactive business development program.
  4. Prepare and submit reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and potential problem loans to keep management informed.
  5. Maintain ongoing personal development in lending, asset management, and banking matters, demonstrating professional behavior and communication skills.
Requirements
  1. Knowledge of lending laws and regulations, and the bank's lending policies.
  2. Ability to analyze payments, insurance costs, ratios, etc.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  5. Bachelor's degree in business, banking, or equivalent experience.
  6. At least three years of commercial lending experience and successful business development background.
  7. Experience in community and civic activities is preferred.
