Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation is hiring in Milwaukee to drive loan and deposit growth, manage key client relationships and oversee credit quality. You will collaborate with credit analysts, participate in events, and help expand our internal and external referral network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of financial or banking experience.
• Completion of formal Bank Credit Training program, preferred but not required.
• Prior B2B, small business banking, or consultative outside sales experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for annual goals tied to loan and deposit volume, cross-sales, call planning/prospecting and fee income generation.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships with businesses that generally have < $2M in revenue.
• Take ownership of credit sheet content and quality by working closely with credit analysts on their successful and timely completion.
• Execute exemplary portfolio management.
• Work closely with internal partners to generate internal referrals as wells as developing an external network of centers of influence.
• Take part in bank events during and after hours.
• Responsible for understanding the impact of lending on the bank’s CRA goals.
