Job summary

Frost seeks an Associate Relationship Manager I in Austin, TX to develop enduring client relationships and participate in a formal credit training program. You’ll gain analytical and sales experience while supporting loan packaging, deposits, and cash management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business with accounting/finance emphasis or equivalent coursework.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Banking knowledge and client-service orientation are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships across business banking customers.
• Support loan packaging by analyzing size and structure and conducting assessments.
• Learn Frost’s relationship management process through training and mentoring.
• Meet monthly call and product sales goals set by the sales coach.
• Report activity and marketing results to the sales coach weekly.
• Coordinate referrals for small business products including loans and cash management.
