DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager/Product Sales Leader for Corporate Banking in the Hong Kong region.

The role emphasizes strategic growth of institutional deposits, cross-selling core services, and managing relationships with private funds, PE, VC, and hedge funds. The position requires extensive knowledge of cash management, FX, bancassurance and a proven ability to drive cross-functional campaigns while maintaining strict KYC/AML standards.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in a management role in banking or financial institutions.
• Solid product knowledge including cash management, foreign exchange and bancassurance.
• Strong team player with ability to foster trust and work well with team members as well as to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Open-minded self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and consultative solutioning skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Registered RI (Regulated Activities Type 1& 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 & 11 or equivalent

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Management: Foster collaboration with internal partners and drive revenue and fee income growth.
• Private Fund Network & Relationship Management: Leverage networks within private fund space to maximize opportunities with high-net-worth corporate clients.
• Risk Management & Ethical Conduct: Ensure risk management processes, maintain KYC/AML compliance and uphold strong ethics.
