Job summary

JCW Group in New York is seeking an experienced banking professional to originate and manage corporate client relationships across the US and Canada. You will oversee a diverse portfolio, monitor credit risk and covenant compliance, and coordinate with Credit and Operations to close transactions.

The role requires deep knowledge of trade finance, lending products, and international banking, with strong communication skills to build long-lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate or international banking, including 3+ years marketing to US corporate clients.
• Familiarity with Industrials, Manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Solid understanding of trade finance, lending products, and credit fundamentals; international banking experience required.
• Strong Communication, with the ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new corporate client relationships with US and Canadian companies across sectors including Industrials, Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense
• Manage an existing portfolio of corporate clients, monitoring credit risk, covenant compliance, and flagging issues proactively
• Support clients through the full deal lifecycle - from initial structuring through documentation and close - coordinating with Credit and Operations internally
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and BSA requirements across the client portfolio
