This strategic and collaborative role serves as the vital link between IT and core business units, helping to align technology initiatives with business goals and drive impactful outcomes. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the primary liaison between technology and assigned business areas
• Understand business challenges and recommend tech-enabled solutions
• Guide requests through the Technology intake and governance process
• Support project prioritization, roadmap development, and benefit realization

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, strategic delivery, or similar roles
• Proven relationship-building and communication skills
