Base pay range

$57,100.00/yr - $116,100.00/yr

This will be a virtual remote position but will need to be located in the central to northern Ohio area.

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP's Comprehensive Human Resources clients, acting as a liaison between the client and ADP, and serving as an internal client advocate.
• Maintain client satisfaction, retention, and oversee the entire client experience by offering best practices, consultative support, guidance, and advice on Human Resources.
• Develop strategic business partnerships, building trust with clients’ decision-makers to understand their financial, business, and strategic objectives.
• Partner with implementation, service, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in professional services, client services, sales, human resources, or payroll/finance environment managing client relationships.
• Ability to travel 25-30% based on client needs.
• High School diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ADP's infrastructure and products/services in business processing and outsourcing is helpful.
