Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and adhere to bank policies.
