Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general cash handling, sales & customer service experience.
• 1 year of previous banking experience encouraged.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work Banking Center hours including Saturday; some travel may be required.
• Knowledge of daily branch, vault, and ATM operations.

Responsabilités

• Handle lobby, drive-thru, night deposit, or bank-by-mail transactions accurately according to policy.
• Cash handling, including counting, verifying, packaging coins/currency, and daily balancing.
• Assist with Vault duties and operate as vault custodian as needed.
• Process daily teller work balancing debits/credits per procedures.
• Provide comprehensive, prompt customer service in all transactions.
• Engage customers to build relationships and determine financial needs.
• Support branch goals and referrals for lines of business.
• Maintain knowledge of deposit and lending products and enrollment in services.
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff; work independently or with little supervision.
• Mentor new/promoted team members and uphold Home Bank values.
• Maintain confidentiality and deter fraud; keep a neat workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
