Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain features and benefits of Apple Bank products and services to customers.
• Identify opportunities to deepen banking relationships and refer to licensed representatives when needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships to achieve team goals and referrals.
• Handle Teller transactions accurately following policies and procedures; safeguard cash and negotiables.
• Assist in opening/closing vaults, ATM operations, and maintain a organized customer area.
• Communicate disclosures and FDIC protections at account openings; ensure record-keeping integrity.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, security, and audit policies; protect Bank assets.
• Provide training and mentoring to new Tellers and CSRs; stay updated on industry knowledge.
• Support ongoing learning through workshops and training; take on additional duties as needed.
