ServiceMaster of Nampa is seeking an outgoing, motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our business across the Treasure Valley. This hands-on role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and professionals who can refer customers to ServiceMaster's restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Develop new referral relationships throughout the Treasure Valley.
• Visit insurance agencies, property management companies, real estate offices, and other local businesses.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners.
• Make regular in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Educate referral partners about ServiceMaster's water, fire, mold, and restoration services.
• Identify new opportunities and potential referral sources.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and community events.
• Help coordinate marketing and customer-appreciation events.
• Assist with social media and other local marketing efforts.
• Track contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work with management to develop new ideas for generating business.
• Represent ServiceMaster professionally throughout the community.
