ServiceMaster Restore 7622 - Gilbert in Mesa, AZ is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to grow our referral network and opportunities. You will engage insurance professionals, property managers, and commercial clients, expanding relationships and driving new business.

You will actively prospect, attend events, and follow up with partners while coordinating local marketing activities. A strong focus on results, organization, and professional presentation is essential to succeed

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Outgoing, professional and able to follow up consistently.
• Outside sales or business development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners.
• Prospect for new accounts through calls, email, networking, and in-person visits.
• Regularly visit existing and prospective referral partners.
• Generate qualified leads for water, fire, mold, contents, and reconstruction services.
• Develop commercial accounts and emergency-service relationships.
• Attend networking events, association meetings, and trade shows.
• Coordinate lunches, presentations, and educational events.
• Follow up with referral partners and prospective accounts.
• Track contacts, opportunities, referrals, and sales activity.
• Assist with local marketing, social media, and company events.
• Work with operations to provide a strong customer experience.
• Meet sales activity, lead-generation, and revenue goals.
