Job summary

Radiate Prints in Ayden, NC is seeking a bright Sales & Account Manager to grow our client base and manage existing relationships. You will guide new clients from first order through continued partnerships, presenting options that fit their needs and timelines.

You’ll be the friendly voice, close deals without feeling pushy, and navigate multiple moving pieces during peak seasons. Local events participation is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a sales, account management, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using basic computer apps (email, spreadsheets, CRM).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build real, lasting relationships with new and existing clients through regular check-ins and thoughtful touches.
• Serve as the first point of contact for new business, drafting proposals, presenting quotes, and closing deals.
• Follow up after every delivery to capture feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
• Be an apparel and graphics expert, staying on top of design trends and options.
• Represent Radiate Prints at local events to generate new business.
