Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Cary, NC is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive account performance. You will complete deliveries and pickups, maintain showroom standards, and conduct early-stage collections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection targets.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes; drive account performance and new rental agreements.
