Qualifications

• Sales experience with banking products preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a target-driven environment.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with customers by identifying financial needs and offering banking products.
• Serve as primary contact for account openings and transactions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate customers on banking tools, services, and digital platforms.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting checking accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies; process financial transactions accurately.
• Refer customers to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products.
• Stay knowledgeable about bank products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers; meet targets.
