Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II in Dallas, TX. You will be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and relationships while delivering Frost’s banking experience.

You’ll drive sales, educate clients on products, and provide transactional services in a community-focused environment. Ideal candidates are service-minded, with strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced banking setting.

Qualifications

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6:15pm with rotating Saturdays
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion and retention
• Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, especially deposit and loan products
• Provide transactional services including deposits, payments, and check cashing
• Meet sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing customer needs
• Educate and advise customers about products and services
• Collaborate with Frost bankers and customers
• Make outbound calls for service, sales and onboarding
• Stay updated on product, technology and industry trends
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention
• Ensure prompt, efficient, accurate and courteous service
• Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve outcomes
