Landmark Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to serve as the first point of contact for members seeking mortgage guidance. You will build relationships with realtors and community partners while guiding loans from application to closing.

You will maintain knowledge of loan products and compliance requirements, work within a team, and represent Landmark in local outreach efforts. A strong track record in mortgage lending is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum five years of lending experience, with at least two years as a commissioned mortgage loan officer.
• Must have a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS).
• Thorough understanding of all types of mortgage products.
• Experience with programs and systems for deposit and loan products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures and job related laws and regulations.

Mansioni

• Builds relationships with realtors, builders and other centers of influence within the local community.
• Manages pipeline for all originated loans, from origination through closing.
• Takes mortgage loan applications, obtains credit reports and completes/submits necessary paperwork to mortgage underwriters.
• Cross sells Landmark's other products and services and makes referrals to Landmark's Investment Center.
• Represents Landmark Credit Union in the community by becoming actively involved in appropriate community activities.
• Attends and participates in all Mortgage Originator meetings.
• Keeps up-to-date on Landmark's loan products, processing procedures and underwriting guidelines.
