• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and identify financial solutions.
• Process loan applications and maintain customer records.
• Explain loan terms and answer questions from customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment arrangements and status.
• Assist with account growth through outreach and referrals.
• Make collection calls to find payment solutions.
• Support daily branch operations with excellent service.
