World Finance in Midwest City, OK is hiring a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and financial needs in a fast-paced, in-person support role. You will perform daily outbound calls, meet with customers in person, close loans, and handle collections, tax services, and branch operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role pays $17 per hour, based on experience and location, with performance-based bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts, balance cash, and handle in-person customer interactions.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems while maintaining records.
